Due to us continuously importing new products most months, our website is diligently updated to showcase the latest additions. However, please note that our showroom hosts an extensive array of products beyond what is displayed online. Visit our showroom to explore the full range of offerings and experience first hand the curated selection of home and décor items.
Can you send me a digital catalogue?
Yes, please contact us via the Contact Us page and we can send our digital copy of products via email or WhatsApp. Alternatively you can email cassidy@oapple.co.za or dylan@oapple.co.za for more information on items.
Do you deliver? If so, how much is delivery?
Yes, we do deliver. If your order is over R25,000.00 and the delivery address is within a 25km radius, delivery is fee. If your delivery address is outside of Gauteng, please contact us as shipping is done with 3rd party transportation which we are happy to provide a quote if possible.
Do you offer collections from your showroom?
Yes, we do offer collections from our showroom in Kyalami Business Park.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept card payments, Mastercard & VISA, regular EFT and direct EFT.
Do you offer a trade discount? If so, how can I apply?
Yes, we offer a 15% trade discount. Please contact us for the application form, once this has been approved you will receive 15% off your purchases.
How long does delivery take?
Gauteng deliveries will take place between 1-5 working days. Deliveries outside of Gauteng, will be dependent on the 3rd party courier chosen. Please contact us for more information if needed.
Do you ship outside of South Africa?
We have experience in shipping outside of South Africa to place such as Zimbabwe and Tanzania, shipping is done with 3rd party transportation which we are happy to provide a quote if possible.
Refunds and exchanges?
All of our pieces are crafted with longevity in mind. Many of our pieces have lived a past life and are considered vintage/ antique in this regard. For more information, please read our Refund Policy.
Can OA Home & Décor assist with larger projects/ order quantities?
Yes, we have extensive experience with imports and exports of items both found and produced, we have also worked on projects that require large quantities and custom sizes.

How does OA Home & Décor deal with environmental issues?
At OA we source products as sustainable as possible with certification, these items could be antique, repurposed materials or produced economically. Our goal is to one day open a coconut plantation that grows for and gives back to the economies we source from.
