Packaging Policy

Orange Apple DĂ©cor strives to ensure the integrity and safety of your items during transit by providing complimentary packaging services. Despite our efforts to package items securely, Orange Apple DĂ©cor disclaims all liability for any damages incurred during shipping due to packaging. Clients with concerns regarding packaging are strongly encouraged to procure a professional packing service to attend to their items at our premises, according to their specifications and at their expense.

 

Shipping Arrangements 

Quotation and Liability: Orange Apple DĂ©cor will facilitate the shipping process by providing clients with a shipping quotation from a certified third-party courier. Responsibility for the items transfers to the selected third-party courier once collection has occurred. Orange Apple DĂ©cor is absolved of all liability for damage or loss post-collection. Clients desiring additional insurance for their items can request such through the third-party courier, at the client's expense. It is important to note that shipping quotations typically do not include liability cover unless specified by the courier.


Inspection and Acceptance: Clients are responsible for inspecting all items upon delivery and must report any damages or discrepancies immediately at the time of delivery. Acceptance of delivered items, as evidenced by the signing of the delivery note, will signify that the items have been received in satisfactory condition. The client assumes liability for any damages occurring after acceptance of delivery.

 

Return Policy

Items returned must be in their original condition and packaging. Orange Apple DĂ©cor reserves the right to inspect all returned items to confirm their condition prior to processing any returns.

 

Delivery and Collection

Delivery Fees: All delivery fees associated with the purchase are non-refundable, intended to cover the costs of transportation from Orange Apple DĂ©cor's premises to the client's specified delivery location.

Collection Fee: Clients wishing to return items due to a change of mind will incur a collection fee. This fee is determined by the collection location and the size of the items being returned.

Client-Organized Collection: Clients may opt to collect their purchased items directly from Orange Apple DĂ©cor's showroom. The client is responsible for arranging transportation and ensuring items are transported safely.

Liability for Transport: Orange Apple DĂ©cor will not assume liability for damages to items during transport arranged by the client. It is the client's responsibility to inspect all items before leaving the showroom, with any damages or discrepancies to be reported prior to removal.

Inspection upon Collection: Clients are urged to thoroughly inspect items intended for collection to ensure their condition meets expectations. Any concerns or discrepancies must be addressed with a company representative before removing the items from showroom premises.
