Who qualifies for the 15% discount, and how do I apply?

We offer a trade discount to all interior designers, decorators, home stagers, architects and others within the trade industry.

How can I apply for a trade discount?

To apply for the trade discount, please email dylan@oapple.co.za or via the contact us page. We will send through the application form to be filled out, and send it off for approval once we have received it.

How long does the approval process take?

You will here back from us within 24 hours regarding if your application has been approved.

How soon can I use my discount after approval?

Immediately - as soon as your company is uploaded to our system, your discount will be available to use.

Is there a minimum purchase requirement to use the designer/trade discount?

No, there is no minimum purchase requirement.

Are there any product exclusions from the designer/trade discount?

No, all our products are available for a trade discount.

Can I use the designer/trade discount for purchases made in-store and online?

Your discount will be applied to all your orders with us, except for online orders at the moment. We will be introducing online shopping for designers soon.

What are the return and exchange policies for designer/trade discounted purchases?

Please refer to our Refund policy.

Do you offer Appro for interior design clients?

Not at the moment, however we are looking into it… we will let you know if anything changes.
