Terms Of Service

Payment Terms: Payment in full is required upon receipt of an order confirmation and/or a pro-forma invoice. Payment must be made promptly to facilitate the processing of your order.

Payment Reference: It is the responsibility of the Client to ensure that the correct reference number is provided with the payment. Failure to use the correct reference may lead to delays in order processing due to misallocation of funds.

Dispatch and Payment Confirmation: Goods will not be dispatched from our Distribution Centre until the payment has been confirmed as received in our bank account. Please note that the processing time may be affected by public holidays and Sundays.

Order Cancellation Policy: If payment is not received or confirmed within 72 hours of order placement, the order will be subject to cancellation. This may lead to the reallocation of stock to other clients.

Liability for Payment Delays: OA Home & Décor shall bear no responsibility or liability for the reallocation of stock to other clients due to delayed payment, failure to submit proof of payment, or provision of incorrect payment reference details.

Delivery Postponement and Costs: Should the delivery be postponed at the request of the Client or due to reasons within the Client’s control, OA Home & Décor will not invoice the Client for any resulting costs. However, any expenses arising from delivery caused by the Client will result in the costs being invoiced to the Client.

Notification of Changes by the Client: The Client is obligated to inform OA Home & Décor promptly and in writing of any changes to their details, including but not limited to changes in address, email address, directorship, ownership, or name.

The Client hereby confirms the authority to enter into this agreement and guarantees the accuracy and completeness of all information provided in this application.

OA Home & Décor reserves the exclusive right to refuse any sale to the Client for any reason deemed appropriate by OA Home & Décor.
