Return Policy

Return Period

Our policy affords you a 14-day period from the date of receipt to initiate a return request. This window enables you to evaluate your purchase and decide if it meets your expectations and needs.

 

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was delivered. This includes being unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and within its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required to process your return.

 

Initiating a Return

Should you wish to return an item, please reach out to us via email at dylan@oapple.co.za. Returns must be directed to our designated return address at 9 Silverstone Crescent, Kyalami Park, Midrand, Johannesburg, Gauteng, 1684, South Africa. Upon the acceptance of your return request, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on the return procedure. Please be advised that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately for any defects, damages, or discrepancies. Should there be any issues, contact us promptly so we can assess the situation and take appropriate action to rectify it.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on certain types of goods, such as perishable items, custom-made or personalized products, and personal care goods. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item's return eligibility, please reach out to us for assistance.

Please note, returns on sale items or gift cards are not accepted.

 

Exchanges

For the quickest resolution, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product. This ensures the availability of the item and expedites the exchange process.

 

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Be aware that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
